Beyond the physical impact, a life-threatening illness like cancer significantly affects mental well-being due to stress, grief, uncertainty and physical pain. Learn strategies to help manage the psychological impact of treatment. This session will help you understand the physiological impacts of stress and medical trauma within the body and the importance of becoming more aware of body sensations (“Name it to tame it”) to enhance mind and body
connection and handle emotions in a healthy way.
