Rush Copley Announces New Board Members
(Aurora, Ill.) Rush Copley is proud to announce the appointment of two new members to the medical center’s Board of Directors, Patrick Carmody and Luis Perez.
Patrick Carmody is the co-founder and President of Innovative Modular Solutions, a specialty contractor providing modular building solutions to commercial clients in a variety of industries. Mr. Carmody is a Cum Laude graduate of Princeton University with a degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture. He also holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. Mr. Carmody has served as a member of Rush Copley’s Governing Board since 2004. He is actively involved as a coach with a local youth rugby club and resides in Oswego, Illinois, with his wife and children.
Luis Perez is the National Channel Manager for Ace Hardware Corporation.
He is a graduate of the University of St. Francis with a degree in Journalism. Since 2015, Mr. Perez has served as a Village Trustee in Oswego, Illinois. He is also active with Oswego School District 308 and has served as President of the Bi-lingual Parent Advisory Council. Mr. Perez has also served on the district’s Teaching and Learning Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, Diversity Committee and Oswego Parent Advisory Committee. Mr. Perez resides in Oswego, Illinois, with his wife and children.
Retiring from Rush Copley’s Board of Directors is Thomas Alexander who has provided 35 years of dedication and service to both Rush Copley Foundation and Rush Copley Medical Center. Mr. Alexander first joined Rush Copley’s Governing Board in 1982. He has been very active in furthering advanced clinical programming and fundraising at Rush Copley. Rush Copley is grateful for his many years of commitment and dedication.
