Play it Safe – A Family Health, Safety and Fitness Fair

Help your family and friends learn to be safer this summer and join Rush Copley for Play it Safe – a family health, safety and fitness fair on Saturday, May 6, from 10 a.m. to noon at Rush Copley Healthplex, 1900 Ogden Avenue, Aurora.

Kids of all ages and adults will be able to learn and interact with a wide variety of fun and educational exhibits both indoor and outside including: 

  • Touch a truck – fire and ambulance exhibit
  • Water and sun safety
  • Fitness demos and activities
  • Sports and bike safety with helmet fittings
  • Child safety seat checks by certified child passenger safety technicians
  • Teddy bear clinic
  • Special appearance by American Ninja Warrior competitors the “Towers of Power” Brandon Mears and Dan Polizzi, who will lead kids in an obstacle course

Prize drawings will include a free Healthplex Discovery Club birthday party, swim lessons, iPad mini and more! Registration is not required. Event will proceed rain or shine.

Rush Copley Healthplex
Rush Copley Healthplex is a 166,000 square foot fitness center located on the campus of Rush Copley Medical Center. The Healthplex provides high quality fitness and wellness programming with superior member service.
