More than a Mammogram

Rush-Copley presents free program on the latest in mammography

(Aurora, Ill.)  Getting a mammogram is the most effective way to detect breast cancer in its early stages but, many women fail to get them for a variety of reasons.  Rush-Copley invites the community to More Than a Mammogram — an informational program about the latest in mammography on Wednesday, May 1 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Midwest Center for Advanced Imaging, 4355 Montgomery Road in Naperville.

Mary Roy, M.D., and Mohsen Anwar, D.O., will discuss women’s breast health, the latest breast imaging, including tomosynthesis (3D) technology, and what it means for you.  The program will includes light refreshments, goody bags, raffle prizes, facility tours as well as discussion time with physicians. Attendees can also register to win a Kindle Fire.
