Rosalia Cuozzo, M.D.
Rosalia Cuozzo, M.D., Chief Resident was born and raised in New York before moving to Florida. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida. She then received her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society for her emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care. Dr. Cuozzo’s medical interests include preventive medicine, hospital medicine, and sports medicine. In her free time, Dr. Cuozzo enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, baking, and exploring the outdoors.
Stephen Noorlander, M.D.
Stephen Noorlander, M.D., was born and raised in Utah. He completed his undergraduate work at Utah State University in Logan, Utah, where he received a degree in Biology. He went on to complete a medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. His interests within family medicine include obesity medicine, musculoskeletal disorders, depression, and working with individuals who have special needs. Outside of medicine, Dr. Noorlander enjoys spending time outdoors, playing with his two boys, and binge watching Netflix with his wife.
Dyman Kwarciak M.D.
Dyman Kwarciak, M.D., is a proud Arizona native. She attended Arizona State University and received a BS in psychology. She completed her medical degree at the University of Medicine and Health Sciences, St. Kitts. She is interested in Behavioral Health, Women's Health, and Pediatrics. She is passionate about pediatrics and has remarkable infant care experience. She and her Husband (also a resident) understand the joys and challenges of having children during residency. They both take these skills in stride and cherish life's blessings.
Natasha Ahmed, M.D.
Natasha Ahmed, M.D., grew up in New York City before moving to Michigan in the 6th grade. She received her Bachelor's degree in Physiology from Michigan State University. She then completed her medical degree at SABA School of Medicine. Her medical interests include integrative medicine, preventive care, and sports medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, learning about different cultures through food, travel, and TV shows. She also enjoys being active through spending time being outdoors, exercising and practicing yoga.
Francis Aquino, M.D.
Francis Aquino, M.D., was born and raised in Los Angeles. He received his bachelor’s degree in Biology at Loyola University Chicago. Dr. Aquino completed his medical degree at American University of the Caribbean. His medical interests include preventive medicine and inpatient care. In his free time, Dr. Aquino will likely be listening to cappella music while cooking or baking a batch of macarons, or out exploring; taking photos of cities or landscapes.
Ishminder Singh, M.D.
Ishminder Singh, M.D., grew up in Orange County, California. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of California, Irvine. He then earned his medical degree from American University of Antigua. Dr. Singh’s medical interests include sports medicine, preventive care, and pain management. Outside of Medicine, Dr. Singh enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing basketball, taking flight lessons, and traveling to different countries around the world.
Nathan Smith, M.D.
Nathan Smith, M.D., was born and raised in Pontiac, II. He completed his undergraduate education at Illinois State University in Normal, IL where he received his Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences. He then earned his medical degree at Rush Medical College in Chicago. His main career interests include primary care medicine with an emphasis on behavioral health, and management of substance use disorders. In his free time, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing guitar, bass, and drums, fishing, and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He and his wife are also avid fans of television shows such as Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead.
Unnati Upadhyay, M.D.
Unnati Upadhyay, M.D., was born in India and moved to Canada when she was 13. She attended McMaster University and graduated with an Honors Life Sciences degree. She pursued her medical degree at the American University of Antigua. Dr. Upadhyay’s medical interests include women’s health, behavioral health and emergency medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities and dancing. She is passionate about animals and has adopted an elephant named Lima Lima.
Summer Azmat, M.D.
Summer Azmat, M.D. was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a French minor from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She then completed her medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean. Dr. Azmat’s medical interests within family medicine include obesity medicine and nutrition, urgent care, and sports medicine. In her spare time, Dr. Azmat likes to stay active. She is an avid hiker and yogi. Aside from exercising, she enjoys reading and is a coffee and tea enthusiast, especially when she travels.
Lucas Chamberlain, M.D.
Lucas Chamberlain, M.D., is from Nova Scotia, Canada. He received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Acadia University, where he also played varsity soccer. He then earned his medical degree from Saba University. Dr. Chamberlain has a great passion for traveling and global health. Outside the hospital, you can find him hiking, skiing, scuba diving, playing music, or working out. His medical interests include sports medicine, hospital medicine, and surgical obstetrics.
Daniel Ignell, M.D.
Daniel Ignell, M.D., is from Chicago. He received his Bachelor's degree in Biology from St. Louis University. Dr. Ignell completed his medical degree at American University of the Caribbean. His family medicine interests include sports medicine and preventive care. During his free time, he plays hockey when he can and watches the Chicago Blackhawks during the season. He also likes to snowboard, wake-board and frequent bike trails. Dr. Ignell loves to travel and is constantly planning his next trip.
Sariya Siddiqi, M.D.
Sariya Siddiqi, M.D., grew up in Naperville, Illinois. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She went on to earn her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. Her interests within family medicine include geriatric medicine and women’s health. In her free time, Dr. Siddiqi enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephew, baking, attending concerts, and spending time in Chicago.
