At Yorkville Primary Care our physicians are board-certified in family medicine.  Both Drs. Garrett Katula and Diana Rosenberg have families of their own, so they know how important your family's healthcare needs are.  From acute care, well-child care, women and men's health to adult health issues like diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders and heart disease, you can entrust your family's healthcare to Yorkville Primary Care.

In addition to our physicians we also have a nurse practitioner, Tara Guidi and a physician assistant, Kimberly Walko on staff.  Tara and Kimberly provide a full scope of primary care services to our patients of all ages. 

Our providers are accepting new patients.  We offer convenient office hours including evenings and Saturdays.
