Yorkville Primary Care Welcomes Deepak S. Patel, M.D., FAAFP

Dr. Patel is board certified in family medicine and primary care sports medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Debrecen Faculty of Medicine in Debrecen Hungary. He completed his family medicine residency at University of Illinois in Rockford, Illinois and a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Most recenly he has worked as an Associate Director for a family medicine residency and sports medicine fellowship program.

He is a professional member of the American College of Sports Medicine, American Medical Society of Sports Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Patel’s special interests include sports medicine, musculoskeletal conditions, health promotion, preventive medicine and evidence based medicine. Dr. Patel is now welcoming new patients.
