At Yorkville Primary Care our physicians Drs. Garrett Katula and Diana Rosenberg are board-certified in family medicine and our newest physician Dr. Deepak Patel is also board-certified in sports medicine.   From acute care, well-child care, women and men's health, sports medicine issues to adult health concerns such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders and heart disease, you can entrust your family's healthcare to Yorkville Primary Care.

In addition to our physicians we also have a physician assistant, Kimberly Walko on staff.  Kim provide a full scope of primary care services to our patients of all ages. 

Our providers are accepting new patients. We offer convenient office hours including evenings (four days a week until 7:30 p.m.) and Saturdays.
