Do you have the HPV vaccine?
Yes. The vaccine called Gardasil is available for girls between the ages of 9 and 26. It is given as a series of 3 vaccines, at 0, 2 and 6 months and should be administered before onset of sexual activity, but females who are sexually active should still be vaccinated. The vaccine costs $170 per dose plus an administration fee. As with all vaccines, check with your insurance about coverage. Also, ask about our cash pay discount.

All of our deliveries are at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora.

I have a question about my bill, who should I?
If you need help reading or would like to pay for your bill over the phone please call the Rush-Copley Medical Group Central Billing Office at 630-236-4338. If you have specific questions about bill please call our office directly at 630-978-6886. We will be happy to assist you with any questions you have regarding your bill. You can also pay your bill online.

I need a prescription refill who should I call?
When refills are necessary, please contact your pharmacy directly.  Your pharmacy will contact our office with the necessary information to approve the refill request.  Our office processes requests within 48 hours from the time the request is received.  Requests for prescription refills are accepted during normal business hours Monday through Friday only.

What procedures do you perform in the office?
We do ultrasound, colposcopy, LEEP, ESSURE, IUD placement and removal and Implanon.
