Our Billing Practices

Our practice abides by all federal laws addressing the filing of insurance claims.  In order for a claim to be processed by your insurance carrier, we must submit accurate demographic and insurance identification information as well as accurately report the exact services performed and the exact reason for performing them.  Information submitted on an insurance claim cannot be altered or changed in anyway that might influence whether or not the claim is processed for payment.
