Rush-Copley Primary Care Associates is the office of Gregory Milani, M.D., Karin Gustafson-Williams, D.O. and nurse practitioner MaryAnn Hollenback, APN, CNP. We are pleased to offer you the service of healthcare providers you have multiple years of experience in family practice.  From pediatrics, gynecology and weight management to safety education, health maintenance and general medicine, we have the tools and expertise to care for your whole family.

Our staff is trained to serve your needs and respond to your concerns by being strong patient advocates.  We have registered nurses with extensive knowledge in triage who are able to answer your questions regarding every day health care concerns.  They are also there for you when you need direction with emergencies.

Our front desk staff is superior.  They are able to help you with everything from billing issues to finding an appointment time that works best for your busy schedule.  For your convenience, we offer evening and weekend hours and daily sick call.
