Charles Clark, P.T.

"I started my practice in 1995 as 'Yorkville Physical Therapy' and have since opened additional locations (as Atlas) with a team of physical therapists dedicated to providing you with outstanding quality care," says Clark.  Chuck is an honors graduate of the Finch University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School, and holds a B.S. degree, with honors, in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois U-C.  His background also includes post-graduate training in manual therapy, giving him expertise in treating back and neck dysfunctions.  Chuck's extensive experience in sports medicine stems from his involvement with the Chicago Bears football organization, where he conducted sports performance training in the clinic and treatments for athletes at the Bears preseason camps.

Chuck has provided contracting and consulting services for nationally ranked medical facilities.  He maintains active membership in the American Physical Therapy Association and the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.  He is an accomplished athlete and holds several national and international championship titles in the sport of Judo.
