On behalf of the nurses at Rush-Copley Medical Center, we are pleased and honored to serve your healthcare needs.  Nurses at Rush-Copley greatly contribute to your ability to achieve your healthcare goals.  The administration of Rush-Copley values nurses as the key to excellent patient care and your advocate at Rush-Copley.  Nurse have all the tools needed to care for your and your family.  In addition, we are given the opportunity to further our education and career, advancing knowledge through formal degree programs at the bachelor's and master's level.  There are endless opportunities for nurses at Rush-Copley to grow and excel.  This means the best possible care for you.

Part of our professional growth is our participation in Partnership groups.  Bedside nurses are called upon to participate collaboratively to find solutions to issues and problems that we face at the point of care.  In the past, we might have been given the answer without having to assist in finding the solution.  Now, we are called upon to work on solutions to provide the best possible outcomes for our patients with the support of our nursing leadership.  Again, this translates to decision making by nurses on your behalf.  Rush-Copley facilitates our advocacy for you and our strong relationship with you.
