During the last two years 40 Rush-Copley nurses have attained their Bachelors degree. Another 20 nurses are currently enrolled in the Bachelors program and 20 are actively enrolled in the Masters program. Overall, over 55 percent of Rush-Copley's nursing staff have obtained a BSN, and nearly 4 percent have a Masters degree or Ph.D. Additionally, approximately 30 percent of nurses hold a specialty certification.
