Rush-Copley Healthplex to Host "Zumba® Fiesta" Open House

(August 14, 2009) Zumba® Fitness classes have been sweeping the nation. The Rush-Copley Healthplex is offering a "Zumba Fiesta" open house on Friday, August 21, from 6 to 9 p.m.

Join certified Zumba instructors for an hour of fun. You’ll be dancing and burning calories to Latin and International rhythms. No dance experience is necessary. Just be ready to sweat. Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes. Class will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. with refreshments following.
