Personal Training at Rush-Copley Healthplex

There really is no better way to get in shape--and to stay that way--than to work with your own personal fitness trainer. At Rush-Copley Healthplex, our degreed and certified personal trainers will work closely with you to create an exercise program designed to help you maximize your efforts in reaching your own specific fitness goals. With their one-on-one attention and guidance, you’ll benefit from the added motivation you wouldn’t otherwise have working out on your own.

To purchase your Personal Training package, just speak to a Healthplex staff member at the Front Desk or call 630-978-6280.

Personal Training sessions are available in individual settings and can be purchased individually or as a package.

On Your First Day

On the day of your first appointment, wear comfortable workout clothes and meet your Personal Trainer at the Fitness Desk on the Fitness Floor.

Your trainer will help you increase your cardiovascular fitness, increase your flexibility and strength, and improve your quality of life.

Pilates Studio
