There really is no better way to get in shape--and to stay that way--than to work with your own personal fitness trainer. At Rush-Copley Healthplex, our degreed and certified personal trainers will work closely with you to create an exercise program designed to help you maximize your efforts in reaching your own specific fitness goals. With their one-on-one attention and guidance, you’ll benefit from the added motivation you wouldn’t otherwise have working out on your own.

Personal Training sessions are available in individual settings and can be purchased individually or as a package.

On Your First Day

On the day of your first appointment, wear comfortable workout clothes and meet your Personal Trainer at the Fitness Desk on the Fitness Floor.

Your trainer will help you increase your cardiovascular fitness, increase your flexibility and strength, and improve your quality of life.

Cheri Fuller, Manager of Fitness Systems

B.S. Exercise Physiology. 200 hour certified yoga teacher, mat/reformer Pilates teacher and weight management coach. Cheri has been coaching clients in health, fitness and wellness for over 25 years. She has an extensive background in personal training, incorporating yoga and Pilates to create a synergistic balance. She can help you find a more holistic, mind/body approach resulting in more than just physical benefits. Her training style appeals to both beginning and seasoned clients. Beginners will gain confidence in their knowledge and abilities, while those more advanced will learn techniques and nuances to take their training to the next level.

Godwin Odior, Head Personal Trainer

Certified Personal Trainer with additional background in Medical Laboratory Science, including Immunology and Allergy Research at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois.
