Pre Pigout Workout

Gobble on over to Rush-Copley Healthplex on Thursday November 24 for the second annual Pre Pigout Workout. From 8 to 11 a.m. join us for a variety of fitness classes to burn off a portion of your Thanksgiving dinner. We challenge you to complete all three hours of fitness. Self Defense

Self-Defensive and Safety means both the physical act of defending yourself and precautions and guidance that can help you make decisions to prevent trouble before it gets physical. During this 2 ½ hour workshop, you will learn the fundamental principles of avoid, fight, escape and progress into physical and interactive practice using hand targets and kicking shields. Join the SWAT Team

S.W.A.T. stands for strength, weight loss, activity and teamwork and we’ve got it! Enroll in this NEW Small Group training program that focuses on weight loss strategies and strength training in a motivational team environment. Participants attend two 30-minute group workouts each week for four weeks. A new session begins monthly. Space is limited. Members $45/Non-Members $60. Call 630-978-6280 to register.
