S.W.A.T. stands for strength, weight loss, activity and teamwork and we’ve got it! Enroll in this NEW Small Group training program that focuses on weight loss strategies and strength training in a motivational team environment. Run Your Way Program
New to running or getting back in shape? This 8-week program is for you! Three days of training at your own pace: two days with your running coach and a "homework" day to complete on your own. The culmination of the program is participating in the Spooky Sprint 5K on October 29 at Cantigny park in Wheaton.
