Bike 'n Brew
Come celebrate St. Patrick’s Day early at the Healthplex with a Bike ‘n Brew Party. Join Teresa U., Jen E. and Sue B. as they lead us in a fun and energetic spin class through the Irish hills. Be prepared for a great workout, fun music, craft brew, good conversation and maybe a wee bit o’ blarney thrown in here and there! Space is limited to the first 29 people, so sign up soon! S.W.A.T. stands for strength, weight loss, activity and teamwork and we’ve got it! Enroll in this NEW Small Group training program that focuses on weight loss strategies and strength training in a motivational team environment.
