    NEW! Join the S.W.A.T. Team

    S.W.A.T. stands for strength, weight loss, activity and teamwork and we’ve got it! Enroll in this NEW Small Group training program that focuses on weight loss strategies and strength training in a motivational team environment. Participants attend two 30-minute group workouts each week for four weeks. The next session begins September 8, but hurry space is limited. Members $45/Non-Members $60.   • Youth Speed and Agility

    Youth Speed and Agility Training

    This class will focus on developing speed and agility through a series of intense workouts. Participants will learn to isolate and strengthen core muscles used in running, cutting and juking that gives athletes a competitive edge. Learn More
