Your Test or Procedure

Some tests require an appointment; others may be performed on a walk-in basis provided you have a doctor's order for the test or procedure. 

Tests Requiring an Appointment - These are tests that usually require some kind of pre-procedure preparation and utilize specialized imaging equipment.  They include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Gastrointestinal/Genitourinary Studies - including stomach, colon or barium enema and IVP
  • Ultrasound Procedures
  • Computed Tomography (CT) Procedures
  • Nuclear Medicine Procedures
  • MRI Procedures
  • Mammography
  • Bone Densitometry
  • "Special" Procedures - including Arteriograms, Myelograms and Arthrograms

Tests that may be performed on a walk-in basis - Provided that you have a doctor's order, the following may be performed on a walk-in basis as examples:

  • General diagnostic X-rays - including chest X-ray, extremity X-rays, spine X-rays
