ACOR offers informtion about cancer patient resources on the Internet. It allows patients to research and sign up for many cancer-specific list servers, where patients and caregivers may have discussions via e-mail or live chats with other patients and caregivers.

The American Cancer Society is the nation-wide community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research education, advocacy and service.

This web site lists clinical trials that the NIH is sponsoring. Not all clinical trials run directly through drug or equipment companies or at medical centers will be listed here.
The National Cancer Institute coordinates the National Cancer Program, which conducts and supports research, training, health information dissemination, and other programs with respect to the cause, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of cancer, rehabilitation from cancer, and the continuing care of cancer patients and the families of cancer patients.
