When will I get my permanent card?
After one to two weeks of joining, your account will be processed, and you will have your picture taken for your permanent card. Simply ask the Front Desk to look up your account, and you will be alerted as to when your account has been processed. At that time you may charge club services and café food to your account. Until you receive your permanent card, you must show a photo I.D. with a temporary card to enter.
What about lockers?
Bring a padlock with you to ensure the safety of your belongings in any one of our daily lockers. To rent a permanent locker, contact 630-978-6797 for further details.
How can I bring in a guest?
Guests must be accompanied by a Member and may use the Healthplex up to 5 times per year. The guest fee for one adult or one child is $15.
What are class passes?
Any class on the group exercise schedule with a star requires a class Pass. Get your Spinning, Ultimate Treading or Stability Ball class pass at the Front Desk. No fee is required to take these classes, but you will need to sign up because of high demand.
Who do I call if I have questions regarding my account?

How can I add someone to my membership?
Contact Membership at 630-978-6742 for details on how to add someone to your membership and for information regarding any up-grade fees that may be required.
How can I renew my prepaid membership?
Contact Membership at 630-978-6742 to renew your prepaid membership or inquire about your membership expiration date.
How can I freeze my membership?
Membership may be placed on freeze once per calendar year for no less than one nor more than six months. Freezes must start and reactivate on the 1st of a month. If a member wishes to cancel while frozen, the membership will be reinstated for one month at the regular rate, and the member will be billed accordingly. Membership cards must be returned in order to be billed freeze rates. Ask for a freeze form at the Front Desk or call Membership at 630-978-6742 for more information.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancellations must be given with 30-days written notice by certified mail or in-person. Members are responsible for final 30 days of membership dues. Ask for a cancellation form at the Front Desk or call membership at 630-978-6742. Please note: cancellations cannot be taken over the phone or by fax.
How can I hire a personal trainer?
Contact Erica Tuttolomondo at 630-499-2401 to set up an appointment with any one of our personal trainers, and learn about personal training packages.
How can I schedule a massage?
Schedule massages at the Front Desk or call 630-978-6280. If you need to cancel your massage after scheduling, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged for that session.
How can I register my child for Sports Training Academy programs?
Call 630-978-6280 to register for any children's programs.
How can I learn about swimming lessons offered?
Contact 630-978-6280 for our children's aqua kids program. Contact Patti Sutarik at 630-978-4865 ext. 8157 for private or semi-private lessons.
How can I get information regarding tennis?
To reserve court time, check court availability, or register for tennis lessons, contact the Tennis Pro Shop at 630-499-2474 or the Front Desk at 630-978-6280.
How can I get certified for rock climbing?
To certify your child, call 630-978-6280. For adult certifications, call 630-499-2401.
