Our memberships are based on number of persons on an account & include the full usage of the facility.

INDIVIDUAL  One adult 18 years of age and older

COUPLE  Two married adults 18 years of age or older residing at the same address

INDIVIDUAL & ASSOCIATE Two adults 18 years of age or older residing at the same address

FAMILY ONE  Husband, wife, and one child residing at the same address

FAMILY TWO  Husband, wife, and two children residing at the same address**

INDIVIDUAL & CHILD One adult and one child residing at the same address**

CHILD One child between the ages of 3-12 years w/o parent member

JUNIOR TENNIS  One child between the ages of 13 and 17, strictly tennis-based

Membership at the Rush-Copley Healthplex consists of a one-time enrollment fee, paid at the beginning of the membership, and monthly dues paid as long as the membership continues. If you cancel your membership at any time and decide to rejoin at a later date, you will be subject to a re-enrollment fee.

Businesses that have five or more people interested in membership may be eligible for a corporate membership. Corporate memberships will have discounted enrollment fees and regular dues apply.  Contact Membership for details.
