The Rush-Copley Healthplex offers Private Instruction Pilates either through one-on-one, duet or trio instruction which is a unique way to expand upon improving technique and knowledge, or having the routine customized for your particular needs.

Through focusing on breathing techniques you can learn “stress triggers” and reduce stress through proper breathing and focused concentration; as in meditation.
You can work with a highly experienced instructor to optimize your core potential. Your needs are addressed and you can work through the basic, intermediate and advanced levels, or find a level that provides you with the customized tools you need to improve yourself.
