Mean time in minutes from hospital arrival to PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention)

Why is this important?  During a heart attack, opening blocked blood vessels early can prevent further heart muscle damage and increase chances of survival. Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) such as using a balloon or stent is among the most effective way to open blocked vessels.
