Customer Satisfaction
Anyone who receives services at Rush-Copley Medical Center becomes eligible to receive a Patient Satisfaction Survey. Sent at random, the survey addresses all aspects the patient’s experience while under our care.
The survey is conducted in association with Press Ganey Associates, the health care industry leader in measuring patient satisfaction. By using this firm, Rush-Copley Medical Center is able to benchmark against other medical facilities in the area that also use Press Ganey Associates to ensure we are providing the highest quality of service and care.
The service you receive determines which survey you may be asked to complete: Inpatient and Outpatient Services, Emergency Services and Day Surgery. Recent results (January through March, 2008) are highlighted below.

Inpatient Services are ranked in the top 14% among participating hospitals in the Chicagoland area.
