Rush-Copley Announces New Senior Vice President of Strategy
(April 28, 2008) Rush-Copley Medical Center is pleased to announce a new Senior Vice President of Strategy and Chief Strategy Officer. Gail Bumgarner comes to Rush-Copley with an impressive background in hospital strategic management.
Gail has been in healthcare for 25 years with the last 15 at the executive level. She comes to Rush-Copley from Cardinal Health Systems in Muncie, Indiana where she held the position of Vice President of Strategic Management and Marketing. At Rush-Copley she will oversee the functions of Planning, Business Development, Marketing, Information Technology as well as Rush-Copley Medical Group.

Gail has a B.A. in Political Science from Kalamazoo College and a Master's Degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN, where she also was a pre-doctoral fellow.
