Satisfying Patients' Needs
To measure patient satisfaction, we constantly survey our patients about all aspects of their experience. Sent at random, the survey addresses all aspects of the patient’s experience while under our care. Through Press Ganey Associates, the healthcare industry leader in measuring patient satisfaction, we are then able to benchmark our findings against other medical facilities in the area to ensure we are providing the highest quality of service and care.
The service you receive determines which survey you may be asked to complete: Inpatient and Emergency Services. Recent results (April through June 2010) are highlighted below.

Inpatient Physicians are ranked in the top 9% among participating hospitals in the Chicagoland area.

Inpatient Tests and Treatment are ranked in the top 6% among participating hospitals in the Chicagoland area.

Emergency Services are ranked in the top 20% among participating emergency rooms with 60,000 visits or more.
