Our top priority is to make your experience at Rush-Copley as positive as possible.  We offer many amenities for you, your family and friends.  Resources such as cafe options and local area information are also provided.  Stay connected with loved ones through a secure patient website.  Again, we want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible during your stay and we encourage you to ask your questions about your care.  

Going Home

A smooth transition home

Due to advancements in medicine, hospital stays today are shorter than ever.  In fact, hospital stays are often just a couple of days.  Please take time to plan for your discharge and post-hospital care so your transition is as smooth as possible.

Send a Cheer Card!

Send that special someone a get-well or congratulations e-mail.

This is a free service provided by Rush-Copley.  Greetings received by 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday will be delivered to the patient's room that same afternoon. Any greeting received after 1:30 p.m. on Friday will be delivered Monday afternoon.

Visitation Guidelines

  • Hospital visiting hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • The patient’s support person is welcome 24/7.
  • Visitors with visible signs of illness will be asked to leave or wear a mask.
  • Healthy children of all ages are welcome to visit in the company of an adult who is not the patient.
