From Girl to Young Woman
Puberty can be a confusing time for both mothers and daughters.  Learn how to communicate more effectively with each other.  For girls 9 to 12 and their moms.

Knowing Your Numbers
Learn how your cholesterol numbers effect your heart health.  Participants will be provided FREE Cholesterol Screenings.  A 12-hour fast is required. Results available for review during the program.  Choose from two locations and programs.

Women and Weight Loss
Brett Cassidy, M.D., and Samantha Smith, R.N. will present a four-part series on weight loss, food labels, exercise and stress eating.

The No Diet, Diet Program
Rondi Stickney, Master Personal Trainer, will discuss how diets are a short-term fix and don't work.  She will discuss how to make better choices and explain it's not all about the calories.

Women, Weight and Hormones
